How to reach support, make a privacy request or raise a grievance.

1. Support
QFinera support is provided by QCyberIndia. Email [email protected] — it is the single address for all of the requests below, and replies to QFinera emails reach it too.
Write from the email address on your QFinera account where possible, and put the topic in the subject:

Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. We will never ask for them. For problems with the app itself you can also use Send feedback in the sidebar.
2. Grievances
If you have a complaint about QFinera — about content, moderation, your personal data, a payment or our service — email [email protected] with the subject “Grievance”, addressed to the Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge it and respond within the time required by applicable law. Reports about content can also be made with the Report button next to it.
