1. Scope

This policy applies to every use of QFinera: the website, its programming interface, emails, integrations and any content you submit. It adds to the Terms and Conditions and the Community Guidelines.

2. Unlawful and harmful use

  • Breaking any law or regulation, including securities, consumer, privacy and intellectual-property laws.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, market manipulation, or using QFinera to offer unregistered investment advice or schemes.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, or that exploits or endangers anyone.
  • Collecting other members' personal data, or using it for marketing or anything they did not agree to.

3. Security and system abuse

  • Accessing or trying to access accounts, data or parts of the service you are not authorised to use.
  • Probing, scanning or testing vulnerabilities, or bypassing authentication, rate limits or other protections, without our written permission.
  • Uploading or linking to malware, or links designed to deceive.
  • Interfering with the service: overloading it, sending automated traffic, or disrupting other members.
  • Sharing, selling or transferring your account or session.

4. Automated access and data

  • No scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or automated account creation.
  • No copying, republishing or reselling other members' content or the data shown in QFinera.
  • Exporting your own research with the export feature is always allowed.

5. Integrations and AI

  • Connect only accounts and AI provider keys that belong to you.
  • Do not use the research assistant to generate spam, misleading financial claims, or content that breaks these rules.
  • Follow the terms of the third-party services you connect.

6. Reporting security issues

If you discover a vulnerability, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access other members' data, do not disrupt the service and do not disclose the issue publicly before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. See Terms and Conditions.
